We are looking for a resilient, resourceful, & determined Online Sales and Marketing Representatives to contribute to the growth of our company
Candidates should have at least 3 years sales work experience in ICT/Telecommunications company creating marketing campaigns and online sales.
Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact until closing the deal. You will also ensure good after-sales service.

Job Responsibilities:
- Present our company to potential clients through regular online posting of our products and services.
- Develop strategic packages or bundles to attract potential clients or drive inquiries.
- Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally. Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities. Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
- Stay abreast with online marketing trends, key opportunities for innovation, and identify competitors.
- Market research activities. Develop sales strategies. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
- Report to the Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- At least 3 years extensive sales experience in ICT or Telecommunications.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including online sales and cold calls).
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Tech Savvy, & experienced with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suites.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
